Sadly, after taking his picture, someone tells us this guy likes to throw his feces at people as they walk by. So I imagine what my impression of the U.S.A. would be if I came here from a foreign country - took a stroll down Hollywood Blvd to see Will Smith and John Wayne’s foot prints at Mann’s Chinese Theater + then walk the family down a block for some ice cream - then SPLAT - POO in your face - imagine if that happened while visiting your favorite tourist destination - GLAMOROUS HOLLYWOOD - why does society ignore the mentally ill… like this gentleman who is seen everyday on a busy street by tourists and the police… what is wrong with this picture???
